Shipping
1. How long will it take to get my item?
       We process orders and deliver to carrier same day. It normally takes 3~5 days for the package to be delivered. We will provide tracking number to you

4. Where is my package? (Delays)
       Please note that FedEx / USPS are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The increase of packages they are handling at this time sometimes causes

5. Package shows DELIVERED, but it’s not delivered?
       If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 72 hours of expected delivery, please take following actions:

Return
1. What is the return policy?
       100% new, unused condition in original packaging and has NOT been installed or used, you return all parts that Included in your purchase within 30 days for a refund of the item price only.
       To return part(s) please e-mail us with your item #, full name, part number, that you placed you order with along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it and Provide photos of the parts you received, Provide the vehicle information Brand, Model, Year (4WD or 2WD) or Vin Number to proceed to verify the correct parts.
       All returns must be packaged properly. We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Items returned after purchase due to key-in error, incorrect purchase or omission will incur a 20% restocking
